I am getting a error. Had trouble with my wi fi. Now need to connect it to printer. But don't knw how.....
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Brother MFC-J825DW. Probably 5 yr old or older
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had a virus and it was repaired by Staples. then changed the wi fi.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I can use all the help I can get.......Not real computer educated but get by.

I'm sorry about the issue. On your printer, can you please press the Menu button

, then select option Network, then option WLAN, then option Setup Wizard

; if prompted to Switch Network interface to wireless, select Yes.

, then select / connect to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name, and check.
