JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Brother MFC295CN -may be 10 years old. Never had a problem with it until my daughter replaced my compac laptop will a dell.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC - 32 bit - is that what you want??
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since using the Dell, I have not been able to print anything
