I bought a new computer and have down loaded the softer for my hp printer 2401. I can print but I cannot scan from the printer to the computer. Please show me how I can do that. Thank you for your help.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: About 5 years old or a bit more.
