I'm sorry about the issue, are you using a windows 7, 8 or windows 10?
Please try to reset you Printer by following the steps below :
1-Unplug the usb cable from the computer.2-Remove all of the ink cartridges from the printer.3)-The error should disappear, now turn the power to the printer off, replace the cartridges, insert the usb cable, and turn it on.

Please do a System restore for your Windows 8 :
If the problem persists please uinstall the printer software, restart your computer and reinstall the software
