JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: SORRY ..THIS PRINTER NOT HP...ASKING WRONG PLACE. THX ANYWAY
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC....A BROTHER PRINTER
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: A FEW DAYS AGO.. GOT A MESSAGE SOMETHING ABOUT LICENSE ETC...WHICH I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN B4 AND HAVE BEEN USING FOR SOME FEW YRS NOW. BUT NOW I DONT GET THE MESSAGE
