Wifi printer will not work with my iPad today. It always has in the past. What can I do to get it to work again?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Hp envy 4500

Customer: Just today...I haven't printed anything in the past two weeks, though.

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.

  3. Press the Down arrow until Settings is highlighted, and then press OK.

  4. Press the Down arrow until Configuration Page is highlighted, and then press OK.
