I have an Epsom 320 Workforce and I have tried several times to print out a document from my documents file and it only prints the highlighted colour (no Lettering). I then tried to print something from my photos and that was OK. What is going on with this machine?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Sorry I don't have a model number except that it is a Workforce 320 and about 4 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I am printing from a PC. I am an elderly lady so I don't know what the(OS) is but I need to tell you that I haven't had a problem like this ever before
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has only been an issue today. Maybe I did something the other day when I was trying to make a photo smaller in size for printing but have no idea what I did wrong
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

right click on epson printer icon

click on printer properties

click print test page

let me know if it prints the test page or not

When I do that the message I get is that the printer is working properly. I guess I am just dumb and don't understand what I am doing

did you right click on printer icon and click on printer properties

unplug the usb cable from the printer and then open printers and devices and remove the printer from there and reboot pc. Download and reinstall the printer driver from the link given below the full featured driver software will make the printer work again.

dont remove it from the back if its not accessible instead you can unplug it from the computer.
