JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Customer: three days upgrade to Comcast Xi with new modem/router

Please setup wireless on your printer by following the instructions in the link below.

After setting up wireless, restart the computer and printer. then, try printing. if the issue persists, you may have to reinstall the printer driver.
