Cannon Pro 9000 Marl II, Couldn't get6 it to work. So again

JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Couldn't get6 it to work. So again downloaded the driver software-successfully. Now can't figure how to set up the printer.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: am using a MAC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: The most recent.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Haven't used the printer in a while. I turned it on and tried to make it print. Indication was it wasn't connected. Checked the cord and tried to work it in system preferences. N o luck. so scrubbed the drivers and tried to start over.
