I can not get it to print. When I give the command on my

I can not get it to print. When I give the command on my computer to PRINT, the printer goes through its various mechanations but when it comes time to print the Alarm light goes on and nothing is printed. The computer says that it needs paper, there may be a jam, but I have had 3 printer savy guys come by and there is no paper stuck in the printer. So the computer is not correct. All wire connections to the computer are okay.
