My printer is a Lexmark Pro715. Each time I try to print something it states that the printer is offline. I'm a novice, so I don't know what means or how to get it to print. Please help.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Lexmark is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It a PC. I hope this is the number you're looking for: ET002000B8F025. I'm sorry, I don't know what Operating System means.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: For a few days now. Nothing in particular happened other than my daughter and grandson were using the computer.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not really.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket) and the power to the wifi router.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the wufu router, wait 5 minutes then the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
