Im checking the exact working of the printer now.... one min
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: HP Officejet 5740
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: it's telling me that the ink cartridge is in wrong and to open it and insert it again I have done this several times..... It won't go I've turned it off and unplugged it too
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just started... no reason....
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: it's not even responding now when i try to print.... the ink setting has an x like there is no cartridge in it
