Is your printer connect to your computer via USB cable?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
it is
Expert:  crash2199 replied 16 days ago.

Unplug the USB cable from your printer and unplug it from the computer.

Plug the USB end into the computer into a different port then plug the other end into your printer

Does the error still continue?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
it does.
Expert:  crash2199 replied 16 days ago.

There are two USB ports on the back of the printer. Please try using the other port

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
I did that already without result
Expert:  crash2199 replied 16 days ago.

Thank you for confirming -- For some reason, the printer is not recognizing that the USB cable is going to a computer and thinks it is an unsupported device.

Have you tried uninstalling the printer on your computer and installing it again?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
I was thinking on doing that but I have not done it yet.
But it is now 03.00 oçlock in the morning here in Rotterdam and I want to go to bed. Can you connect in the morning to my computer?
Expert:  crash2199 replied 16 days ago.

Yes, I can.

We are 6 hours apart (6 hours behind for me) so I will be back here around 11am my time which is 5pm your time.

I will send the offer for remote now and you can accept tonight or tomorrow.
