I have an Epson Workforce 7620. When I print black and white or color randomly lines (about every 10 lines) is mis-aligned , blurry or half missing. I ran the align printer head function for horizontal. Now of the examples remotely lined up. I picked #6 and hit proceed. It hangs with a blue flashing information light.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: About 1-2 years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: about one month and nothing happened. The printer is in my home and sits in my solo office.

It is a problem with the printhead because the printhead is the part of the printer which puts ink on the paper.
As you have already tried cleaning the printhead via printer's control panel. Now let's try manually cleaning the printhead.
Take a paper towel and fold it into 4 turns and make it little thick. Then add little rubbing alcohol to it and then place it in the path of the printhead carriage. Then move the printhead carriage over it a few times.
