Computer recognizes the my i6820 is connected but does not print
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Canon Pixma i6820, about 1 year old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC, Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: about 3 weeks, lost connection to Internet, techs visited,l installed new Modem (Smart RG) said they needed to reconnect my printer, clearly didnt know what they were doing, gave up & left. This is vfirst attempt to use printer.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Printer is on, the top & bot***** *****ghts are . but does not print
