Lets try this first as if often 'clears' it.

First, turn off the printer, unplug the printer. Hold down power key for 1 full minute.

Then wait 10 minutes,

connect the power again to the printer, turn it on.

Is the error still there?

Please reply to continue if the error is still on the printer or rate if cleared.

Please rate the 5 stars at the top of the page to close out this question as it is the only way i am
