My printer will not print when I press print on the computer.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP Photosmart Plus B210
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No I haven't but Micro Soft has installed updates continually
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just want to print documents from email that come through. The printer wants to put it in a file.

That has happened. Most of the time the message is asking what file name do I want for it.
