we had a new line put in and now the printer is not working, i cant find the CD or the manual
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: MFC-L2740DW it is maybe 2 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: last week our credit card processing company did an update on their terminal which caused us to have at&t come in and reline everything (we are a small business) since then the printer has not worked. the computer wont recognize it for some reason and i cant find the cd to reinstall it
