We have a Canon Prixma 726 and used to scan around 60

Customer Question

We have a Canon Prixma 726 and used to scan around 60 photos,,,
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: After 30 photos we clicked and dragged them into a folder called 'Sherines 70th',,, We later scanned a dragged another 30 photos into 'Sherines 70th' folder,,,
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: When we went back to 'Sherines 70th' folder, we could not find the first 30 photos! yet when we scan the one of the first 30 photos and drag it over to 'Sherines 70th' file, it claims the photo is there and do we want to replace it,,, What to do?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We are trying to do a 'Moment' book,,, using Windows 10 on a Toshiba notebook,,,
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No,,,

Hi there and welcome

It may be caused by data corruption, scan and drag the first 30 photos to a different folder, do you then seem them?

Please let me know
