We had a lighting strike and fried the modem ATT put in a new modem Now the printer won't print from the computer. it says cartridges are in the wrong position. On the next line down it says the printer is not connected. But if we want to copy something it works fine.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 900 pro I think
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Happened after a rain storm and lighting about 2 weeks ago.

Customer: I think we have covered it also I just found the model pro 800 I also noticed in preferences that printer sharing was turned off.
