Not a printer issue. I can't connect my hp 310 all in one to the internet.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Where do I gon pc to find that info?
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC. Where do I go on pic to find info? Windows but not sure version
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Yesterday changed my Comcast internet connection password. Can access internet on all other devices (iPad, iPhone, work laptop) but not hp pic.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Go to the start menu and type System Insformation inot the search field.

Use the search field on your pc start menu to access the System Information dialog box, where you can find the windows version.
