it will not print - keeps saying turn printer off and on again or consult support. Turning it off and on again is not making a change,
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: canon pima mg5320 - maybe three years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Click on the Apple Icon on the top menu > System Preferences

Click on the Printers & Scanners

Get the option by clicking the Trackpad with two fingers > Click on the Reset printer system
