my computer has been away for repair and now does not have the Epson printer CX3900 in its hardware. I have the disk but am not sure how to load it.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Several years old but was working last week before the computer went to the technician. Model C241B
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Windows 10,HP, am not very tech savvy sorry
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This was not an issue until the computer returned. Now some message keeps popping up about paying a monthly fee to something in order to print. Never had to before and am not going to now.
