I JUST CHANGED THREE COLOR CARTRIDGE AND AFTER SETUP I AM GETTING VERTICAL LINES ON MY PRINTS
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: HP, OFFICE JET MODEL 4650
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC AOL. BEFORE I CHANGED THE CARTRIDGE THE PRINTER WORKED FINE
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: IT JUST STARTED APPOX. 1 HR AGO. BEFORE IT PRINTED FINE. I CHANGED THE CARTRIGE BECAUSE THE OLD ONE RAN OUT OF INK

Please open the lid and remove the new ink cartridges. Please double check those cartridges to make sure that the plastic and tape are removed from the cartridges then insert them back in again.

If there was no tape or plastic still on the ink cartridge, please follow these steps..

On the printer:

Swipe the display to the left and touch Setup then touch Tools then touch Clean Cartridges

Is the print quality acceptable now?
