JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Epsion Stylus Pro 3880, five years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Hi,

I read over the question and did a small bit of research, and now I'm a bit intrigued by this issue. Based on the initial information, it seems you have already had success printing on Epson Exhibition Canvas Matte, could you please confirm this? Further more, only since a firmware upgrade to the Epson Stylus Pro 3880 you are somehow not able to print on the ...Canvas Matte?

One part I'm unsure of is where it is mentioned that you "don't see the ICC choice", could you please clarify this part?

I will do my best to research this issue further with the answers to these questions, and I hope I can find a solution.
