JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Epson Stylus NX 420
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC I think?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just tonight it happened, I have an interview tomorrow and I need to print important documents

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the error or message when printing?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?

It's wireless, no usb, its plugged into the wall

I put a document face down on the glass and pressed copy button...nothing happens

Thank you. Can you please turn off the printer, then disconnect the power cord(s) from both the printer and the internet modem / router device(s) for about 3 minutes

, then reconnect power cord to modem/router, and wait about 3 more minutes

I have already unplugged all cables for internet cords hours ago. I have turned of my computer and printer and restarted everything...twice. I am able to make a copy when I put the doc face down...but I need to print do thatb are in my email and documents folder????
