It's Brand New. All drums, Color and just plugged the thing in.

It only took a month to get this thing off the boat from New York. The Image Runner in my office currently under rental has been a great unit. Not to happy with the new one at this point. Service is piss poor. So I came to you and same issues being not resolved.

Have you tried unplugging the printer? Please unplug it from a power source and wait 1 minute then power it back on.
