Hello,I am the person that will be helping you today.
Being that the problem occurred during a print, it may just need to be cold reset.
Unplug the power to the printer, plug it back in, and turn it on. After that is up, test print something else. Is that working?
I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.
I have run out of ideas.
For this reason, I am opting out of the question and allowing another expert the chance to help.
The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.
When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.
Thank you for your patience.
Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today.
Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this but I’ll do my best to help you out.
To be clear, this is a paid support service, if is not free. I can help you under the fee you've already paid for the chat. If perhaps you are seeing offers for a phone call or remote support, that is optional (added cost) and may be ignored if not wanted. Please let me know if you wish to proceed here in the chat, understanding that is not a free service.
You're welcome, have a nice day.
