I have a problem cannon pIXMA922 printer with an ink problem

Hi, I have a problem cannon pIXMA922 printer with an ink problem again. This time I needed to add a new PGBK toner. I opened the the ink aea and the PGBK was rapidly. I attemped to eject this cartidge and started to have problems. ink unit moved or something and I couldn't remove old toner cartridge. i stopped trying and pushed the old back in. then the info chart it was filled with a new cartrage and it was not. now its stuck
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: just a couple of yrs old. I've had trouble since I got it. A month ago I pur a new pgbk toner in it and it woiuld still show no ink I did a lot of printing at that time. I always have trouble getting that window to open and I follow directions. i have the manuel
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: laptop leveno think pad - it's new about 3 months
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: The other problem I typed about I put a new cartridge in and printer would not recognize it was there
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have spent tons of money on that ink and it's always doiing its on thing. not impressed with this printer
