Can you please disconnect the power cord(s) from the internet modem / router device(s) for a few minutes, then reconnect, then wait a bit, and check?
When you reloaded the printer's driver/ software, did it finish installing successfully, or was there any error or message?

Since other computers are printing fine, then the printer is not the problem, but the issue is with this computer.

Here is a possible fix: When printing something, at the print dialog window, click on the printer dropdown list at the top (or click on Change), then select any other Epson printer / item, if it's there, then can you print with it?
