unable to print to my XP410 I have deleted printer and re loaded several times, Two other users in the house are able to print. Problem became evident after grandchild used Google chrome to make a card and was unable to print it.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Epson 410 XP possibly 4 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC using windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Chrome google was used yesterday
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: have used all my limited knowledge to fix

the only message is seen when I check the printing queue and it says error.
It is happening with anything I try to print

Can you please disconnect the power cord(s) from the internet modem / router device(s) for a few minutes, then reconnect, then wait a bit, and check?

When you reloaded the printer's driver/ software, did it finish installing successfully, or was there any error or message?

Have already disconnected the modem. Installing was successful and printer printed report.

As I said, two other computers are printing OK
The report came when I reconnected the wifi to the printer

I'm sorry; previously, you said two other users (not computers), so I just wanted to make sure it's not multiple users on the same computer, but multiple computers. Thank you for confirming.

Since other computers are printing fine, then the printer is not the problem, but the issue is with this computer.

Here is a possible fix: When printing something, at the print dialog window, click on the printer dropdown list at the top (or click on Change), then select any other Epson printer / item, if it's there, then can you print with it?
