I'm trying to reset my waste ink counter but when I press resume and power then release the resume and press two more times the green light flashes several times the mechanics move and then the yellow light flashes one green then 8 yellow where am I going wrong
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: pixima ip 8500 and about 8 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: windows 10 desktop
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: its been warning me that my ink reservoir is nearly full for about 3 weeks I have changed the reservoir but cant reset the counter it stiil prints but the warning wont go
