Hi I am trying to replace black ink only in my printer.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer?
Customer: XP-200
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC windows 8.1 I think
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Printer said black was low. Is still printing but when I go to print anything said it needs replaceing.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have purchased the black but when I turn printer on and press the button with the print triangle on it it doesn't move over so I can change the ribbon
