I have had a label sheet jam in the printer. When I removed it two labels were missing. I assume they are still inside the printer. What can I do
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

It will show you all of the locations of where a paper jam could occur. Please open all parts and remove any paper jam and after that is complete, power off the printer and unplug it from the wall. Wait 1 minute, plug it back in, and power it back on again.
