I am not able to print. I am unable to set up the wireless wizard. I think that i am not connecting to the correct driver
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: HP Officejet 4632 is about a year old. I moved and am having trouble setting it up again.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I have a HP desktop. Not sure what OS
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Like i said i have been unable to set up the printer since i moved about 2 weeks ago.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. So on the printer, you press the Wireless / signal icon. Then press the - (minus) button next to Settings option

, then use the Down Arrow icon to select option Wireless Setup Wizard, then press OK button, then what happens? What does it show next?
