prints test page fine but wont print out my bank statement. I is very faded
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epson XP-610. about 3 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has been been an issue after I bought after market ink cartiged but not sure if that is the problem. I have replaced all the ink with Epson but still no luck
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

when I do a nozzle check I get poor results from BK and there is two of them.

I should also tell you that when I used the print head cleaning utility it got worse.
