What is the make/model of your printer?
Which model number Pixma do you have?
The model number would be MG or MX something. It should be somewhere on the front or top of the printer.

Click on Drivers & Downloads
It will auto-detect your operating system then click on SELECT next to the recommended programs then select DOWNLOAD for each option
Once the program(s) are downloaded, open them to install them and you will be able to connect your printer.

Did you download the software above and run it?
Did you connect the printer to Wi-Fi from the printer screen?
Yes, if it is not connected on the printer itself then the software can't find the printer.
