I have a new hp envy 7640 e that will not print it says network problem requires attention
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I just purchased it yesterday and installed all the hardware hp 7645
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc with windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just realized i install the software for the hp 7640 e instead of the hp 7645 which is what i have
