I have a Canon MF3010 printer that I recently had in the repair shop for viris infection problems. When I got it back my printer would not work. My computer said it is unavailable as no driver is installed. Can you provide me with a download?
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: No. about two years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Asus notebook with windows 8.1
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: after I got it back from repair shop last week.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no.

the drivers you need for the printer you can download and install from my link below

Once installed, restart and you should then be able to print.
