JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It's a WF 645, about 3 yrs old. Been working fine, in fact I love it! All of a sudden it won't communicate with either of my computers. desktop is a PC Windows XP, laptop is Windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was out of the blue. I'd been printing just fine. Next day it won't print, won't save a SCAN either computer. Noting happened that I know of just before.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes. I checked the application and it said it could not find the Epson memory card.
