JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: HP 4620 OFFICE JET. LIKELY 5-8 YEARS. LOW USAGE.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: DELL ALL-IN-ONE. UPDATED 6 MONTHS AGO TO WINDOWS 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: YESTERDAY MORNING OUT OF NOWHERE IT WAS NOT PRINTING. BLACK INK WAS DOWN AND INSTALL NEW INK. NOT PRINTING

Printer actually feeds and goes thru print cycle but nothing on the page.

What brand of cartridge did you replace with? Was it genuine HP , or another aftermarket brand?

Please remove all ink cartridges, and remove power to the printer.

Inspect them, and check the one you have replaced to make sure there is no tape or anything stuck to the ink outlet.

Re-install ink cartridges, and power printer back on.

On your computer, click in the search box and type "devices printers", and then select the devices and printers window when it shows. RIGHT click on the icon for your printer, and then left click on the properties tab. You should get a window with an option to print a TEST page. Do that, and please let me know the results. Thank You.
