Does your printer actually feed paper and "try" to print, but nothing shows on paper, or does it do nothing at all?

What brand of cartridge did you replace with? Was it genuine HP , or another aftermarket brand?
Please remove all ink cartridges, and remove power to the printer.
Inspect them, and check the one you have replaced to make sure there is no tape or anything stuck to the ink outlet.
Re-install ink cartridges, and power printer back on.
On your computer, click in the search box and type "devices printers", and then select the devices and printers window when it shows. RIGHT click on the icon for your printer, and then left click on the properties tab. You should get a window with an option to print a TEST page. Do that, and please let me know the results.
