JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: XP 410 purchased May 2014 printer name Epson44750
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: hassle at the time of NBN installation....The PC is connected to the printer by USB cable
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: in trying to connect the NBN router to the printer on wifi but it wants a password ***** which I have do not know

Do you also have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?
