I'm sorry about the issue. Is the printer connected to the computer with the USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?
What's the model of your internet modem / router device?On your printer, can you go to Menu, then option Network -> WLAN -> Setup Wizard, then select / connect to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name and check? Please see full illustrations / instructions at the Brother website below:
