I am not getting a wi-fi connection. I unplugged the router and rebooted computer and still not able to connect to printer
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: mac
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it happened last week and i walked away figuring i would come back today to try and fix the problem

Have you already gone through the network menu on the printer itself (NOT on your computer), and tried to select and connect to your wireless network? If so, what were the results of that?
