JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Office Edge PRO 4000; a few years old, not sure
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It just started today after I replaced two cartridges
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I will try and also I do not want a trial subscription. This is only a one time need. Please advise who to contact at your firm to make sure this does not happen.That did not work, it may be the replacement cartridge I am using. But I have used this brand before with no issues. I am going to order genuine Lexmark replacements.

For the printer problem, remove the cartridges and use a Q-Tip with cleaning alcohol or warm water and clean out the area where the ink cartridges go in.

Let it dry, put the ink back in and tell me if it then functions please.
