I have recently purchased a Epson printer model xp-432.One of the colour cartridges ran out and I installed a new one It told me to insert the new cartridge. I TRIED ANOTHER COUPLE OF TIMES BUT THE SAME MESSAGE CAME UP. I THEN INSERTED ANOTHER NEW .the SAME THING HAPPENED!!.Can you please help me as I have to submit something urgently. Ron Lawrence
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I purchased it a couple of months ago from Office Works,Ringwood.the model no.is XP432,my guide says WF-2630
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It's a Epson the other question i'm not sure
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was working fine until I inserted the new one
