JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Canon, MG5320 Serial No. ACMY40905
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MAC OSX el capitan
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Was printing something and it popped up. Was out of town over weekend so this was the first opportunity to call.

Yes, if the printer is more than 3 years old , it will be better to get a new one, as the error message indicate a hardware problem. But, before buying the new one, please check that, there is any paper jam or not or the cartridges can move freely or not ?
