Getting another computer is using this printer message on my canon printer. Tried rebooting, etc. nothing works
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: No it has not. Only about 4-6 months old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Tried both. Windows 10 and latest on ipad
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just noticed today. Used it a couple of days ago with no problem. No notice ofrob
