JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The model should tell you but I think I bought it 2004.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I just told you OS x 10.9.5 mac
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It happened right after my computer was upgraded to 10.9.5 by Mac.They said they cannot do anything about it.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message?

Does the printer say offline, etc.?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
