I am getting a message saying "unable to clean." Want to print a 2 page 8.5 x 11 sheet. It has been very reliable with no problems for years, probably 6 or 7 years. Fantastic little machine.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: MFC 5440CN Brothers.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MAC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was getting a reading saying YELLOW ink was out. Put another in and I began getting the message unable to clean. Thus I could not print.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Have never had any trouble with the Brothers for 6 - 7 years.
