What do you see on the actual printer?

How is the printer connected? Wifi? Usb?
Okay it is likely disconnected from the wifi.
You'll need to go into the printer settings and reconnect, and then from there we'll do a few more things on the computer.
Let me know when you have verified that the printer is on the wifi.
You have to do this on the actual printer itself, not on the computer.
Press the HOME button on the printer, then go to the tools/settings, and then to network, and you'll have to pick your home wifi network name and put in your password.
Yes I'm here, you enter the numbers/letters using the digits on the printer display (like texting on an old cell phone)
You may certainly do so, but they will take you through these exact same steps. If the printer is online at this point though, it isn't an epson issue, it is with the computer, and they will not help with that.
Getting it on the wifi was just the first of many steps we have to take to resolve this issue.
If you are certain the epson is on the wifi,
no go into the computer devices/printers folder, into the print queue and cancel/delete any items in there
then click (right click) the printer, and remove (delete) the printer.

download the driver/utility combo package, and it will reinstall the printer (be sure to pick network printer/wifi, not local)
